Coley with garlic and paprika mussels
Kids requested mussels so did Coley (white fish) which is really good value fish. Tomatoes, broccoli and lots of fresh garlic mixed with some chilli oil and fish placed on top- oven for 16minutes. Fried the mussels with garlic, capers and butter and a sprinkle of paprika and pepper. Served with some roasted new potatoes. Lovely

Looks banging Adam, big juicy mussels. I know you aren't overcooking mussels! Love the bowl too.
